Credit Card Surcharges- Visa, Master Card, Discover

In an effort to cover the costs of credit card processing fees, Dance Class will charge 2.89 % + $0.30 per transaction to every transaction paid with Visa, Mastercard, or Discover credit cards. The amount will not exceed the regulated amount of 3% per transaction.

The surcharge applies to all credit card processed transactions regardless of the type of transaction- membership fee, tuition, costumes, recital fees, Classified Dance Company fees, dance wear and dance shoes purchased at Dance Class.

• The surcharge will be listed as a separate transaction under your transactions and on your receipt.
• You will receive an email informing you of a necessary payment method purge in our system. This will require you to log into your Parent Portal and enter a new method of payment.
• You will be required to Re-Agree to the Payment Policy.

Note: payments can certainly be made via cash or check at the front counter. The due dates and late fees will be the same as described in the Tuition Policy
